We, the undersigned, are writing to you with the requirement to consider our legitimate demands, given to us by the Constitution of the Russian Federation and to take action to stop the genocide of the population of our homeland, masked as non-existent AIDS epidemic.
The whole theory of HIV / AIDS is based on studies conducted in 1983-1984, which resulted in the discovery of new retroviruses HTLV-III (T-lymphotropic virus type third) and LAV (virus associated with lymphadenopathy), then artificially combined and renamed in HIV (HIV), which was later considered as the cause of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS).
The acronym AIDS (AIDS) was put into circulation by scientists at an international conference in July 1982 as a term defining human immunodeficiency sindrom.
In 1987 the WHO Global Programme on AIDS was established and rogue scientists, government officials and businessmen with the help of the media has started the campaign of AIDS epidemic – calling it “Plague of the XX century.”
Cowing the population of the world by epidemic of a new deadly diseases, a group of people interested in the guise of a fake fight, started removing huge financial profits, they started persecuting people with «AZT» (Zidovudine), which was invented in 1961 by Professor Richard Beltz (Richard Beltz) to fight the cancer, but was refused because of the high toxicity.
Subsequently the scheme of poisoning people allegedly infected with HIV, has been supplemented with new types of chemicals and were called antiretroviral therapy. But, oddly enough, the doctors and scientists had known about the human Immunodeficiency long before the AIDS ERA , and it is proved that immunodeficiency occurs in the human body as a result of various factors such as the impact of the external environment conditions, as well as internal factors , including the effect of chemically active substances and in particular antiretroviral therapy.
ARVs are very dangerous poison and have a huge number of side effects!
To date, they have already spent more than $ 500 billion on AIDS FIGHT, but no one life has been saved as a result of all the combined anti-AIDS programs, the realization of which took so much money.
Neither a vaccine nor an effective cure has been found and neither was there any independent studies conducted to confirm the HIV / AIDS theory. All research refuting this theory, they are called pseudo-scientific, and scientists who speak about the absurdity of the HIV / AIDS theory they are discriminated .
It is no secret that the law of the Russian Federation dated March 30, 1995 № 38 – FZ “On the Prevention of Spread of the disease caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV),” was adopted under pressure and under the dictation of the World Health Organization with the financial pressure of credit institutions.
What we have in reality today in Russia? Despite the huge budget allocated under the federal and regional programs for the modernization of medicine, every day we see clinics, hospitals and maternity homes closing! Sorely lacking qualified doctors and medical personnel, and for the treatment of seriously ill people have to collect money, they say, the whole world!
Scientific medical research has ceased to be independent, they are supported by the grants given by pharmaceutical companies! Grant permission for the use of drugs produced abroad, is made not on the basis of verification of their impact on the human but on the principle of “recommended by WHO”!
At the same time, we the updated AIDS centers opening with a new modern renovation and full accommodations to fight the AIDS epidemic ( according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2013 № 2555 – P) they will spent annually not less than 700,000,000 ( seven hundred million ) rubles on AIDS INDUSTRY! And it’s in a situation when real problems can not be solved because of lack of money They kill us, and we taxpayers still pay our destruction?
The Employees of AIDS industry violate many constitutional rights and federal laws regarding patient ! Pregnant women in violation of the principle of voluntary testing for HIV infection , as well as the right to refuse medical intervention are being tested for HIV , the result of which does not confirm the presence or absence of HIV infection. And without further epidemiological investigations or any clinical signs of disease THEY GET THEIR diagnosis of HIV infection , and are forced to take highly toxic antiretroviral therapy .
Annually, about three thousand patients of AIDS centers receiving this therapy, die, and all the deaths charged to AIDS, proving false official statistics of nonexistent epidemic. So according to the “Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare” in 2010 about 2787 of Russian citizens died taking antiretroviral drugs, while according to the “Federal AIDS Center” 2336 people died of AIDS in 2010,. That means that all the dead had died from ARV!
And if the relatives of the victims are trying to find out the truth about the causes of death by law enforcement agencies, employees of AIDS centers destroy documents, falsifying facts in medical records, including corruption schemes to bribe law enforcement officers,
Doctors prefer to deliver a fatal diagnosis of HIV infection, rather than the diagnosis and treatment of real diseases.
Proceeding from the above, under the current legislation, we require:
1. To Cancel, repealed the law of the Russian Federation dated March 30, 1995 № 38 – FZ “On the Prevention of Spread of the disease caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)” due to the absence of infectious AIDS epidemic based on coined the term HIV and illegitimacy its application in the framework of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
2. To initiate the establishment of an independent commission to study the facts refuting whether HIV is the cause of AIDS.
3. To prohibit the use of chemicals like ARV and their use as prophylaxis because of their devastating effects on the human body.
4. Prohibit testing for HIV with the existing test systems due to their unreliability. To cancel all diagnoses of HIV infection, and encourage patients to a comprehensive survey of the state health clinics and other medical institutions of the Russian Federation.
5. VOID the activity of AIDS centers acting as punitive bodies enforcing healthy population to violent poisoning with highly toxic drugs, whose job is not to preserve the health of people but the destruction of families and threatens the well-being of our society .
6. Prohibit any propaganda on HIV / AIDS epidemic in the media.

Los abajo firmantes, en uso del derecho que nos confiere la Constitución de la Federación Rusa, nos dirigimos a Vds. para que tomen en consideración nuestras legítimas demandas y adopten las medidas necesarias para poner fin al genocidio de nuestro pueblo, enmascarado bajo la inexistente epidemia de SIDA.
Toda la teoría VIH/SIDA se basa en estudios realizados en 1983-1984, que dieron como resultado el descubrimiento de los nuevos retrovirus HTLV-III (T-lymphotropic virus type third) y LAV (virus associated with lymphadenopathy), siendo luego combinados artificialmente y redefinidos como VIH (HIV), el cual fue después considerado como la causa del síndrome de inmunodeficiencia adquirida (SIDA).
El acrónimo SIDA (SIDA) se puso en circulación por científicos asistentes a una conferencia internacional en julio de 1982, como término definitorio del síndrome de inmunodeficiencia humana.
En 1987 se estableció el Programa Global para el SIDA de la OMS y científicos sin escrúpulos, funcionarios del gobierno y hombres de negocios, con la ayuda de los medios de comunicación, empezaron la campaña de la epidemia de SIDA, llamándola “La Plaga del Siglo XX”.
Amedrentando a la población mundial con una epidemia de una nueva enfermedad mortal, un grupo interesado de personas, con el pretexto de una falsa lucha, empezó a obtener enormes beneficios económicos y a perseguir a la gente con el “AZT” (Zidovudine), inventada en 1961 por el profesor Richard Beltz (Richard Beltz) para combatir el cáncer, pero rechazada a causa de su alta toxicidad.
Posteriormente, el plan para envenenar a la gente supuestamente infectada con el VIH se ha complementado con nuevos tipos de agentes químicos a los que se les denomina terapia antirretroviral. Sin embargo, cosa muy extraña, los médicos y científicos sabían del síndrome de inmunodeficiencia humana mucho antes de la ERA SIDA, y está probado que la inmunodeficiencia se presenta en el cuerpo humano como consecuencia de varios factores, externos, como el impacto de las condiciones medioambientales, pero también internos –incluido el efecto de sustancias químicamente activas y, en particular, la terapia antirretroviral.
Los ARVs son venenos muy peligrosos y tienen un gran número de efectos secundarios!
Hasta la fecha, se han gastado más de 500.000 millones de dólares en la LUCHA CONTRA EL SIDA, pero el resultado de todos los programas anti-SIDA combinados, cuya realización costó tanto dinero, no ha salvado ni una sola vida.
No se ha encontrado una cura efectiva, ni una vacuna, ni tampoco se ha realizado ningún estudio independiente para confirmar la teoría VIH/SIDA. Toda investigación que refuta esta teoría se la califica de pseudocientífica, y a los científicos que hablan acerca de lo absurda que es, se los discrimina.
No es ningún secreto que la ley 38-FZ, “Sobre Prevención de la Propagación de la enfermedad causada por el virus de la inmunodeficiencia humana (VIH)”, fue adoptada bajo presión y bajo el dictado de la Organización Mundial de la Salud, con la presión financiera de instituciones crediticias.
¿Qué es lo que tenemos realmente hoy en Rusia? A pesar del enorme presupuesto asignado bajo los programas federales y regionales para la modernización de la medicina, todos los días vemos clínicas, hospitales y hogares de maternidad cerrados! Dolorosamente privados de médicos cualificados y personal de apoyo, para el tratamiento de la gente gravemente enferma, tienen que recoger dinero, dicen, por el mundo adelante!
La investigación médico-científica ya no es independiente. Están sostenida por las becas concedidas por las empresas farmacéuticas! El permiso para el uso de medicamentos producidos en el extranjero, no se concede sobre la base de la verificación de su impacto en el cuerpo humano, sino bajo el principio de “recomendado por la OMS”!
Al mismo tiempo, los centros oficiales para el SIDA disponen de grandes subvenciones (según el Decreto del Gobierno de la Federación de Rusa del 26 de diciembre 2013 № 2555 - P) se gastan anualmente más de 700 millones (setecientos millones de dólares) de rublos en la industria del SIDA!! para solucionar una situación en la que el verdadero problema no se arreglan con dinero. ¿Nos matan, y los contribuyentes siguen pagando nuestro exterminio?
En nombre del SIDA se están violando muchos de los derechos constitucionales y leyes en relación al paciente. Las mujeres embarazadas, en violación del principio de voluntariedad a la hora de hacerse el test, así como el derecho a rechazar la intervención médica, están siendo testadas para el VIH, cuyo resultado no confirma la presencia o ausencia de infección por VIH. Y sin posteriores investigaciones epidemiológicas, ni ningún signo de enfermedad, se les diagnostica con infección por VIH, siendo forzadas a tomar la altamente tóxica terapia antirretroviral.
Anualmente, alrededor de tres mil pacientes de SIDA, recibiendo terapia, mueren, y todas las muertes se le achacan al SIDA, lo que demuestra la falsedad de las estadísticas oficiales de la inexistente epidemia. De acuerdo con el “Servicio Federal para la Supervisión de la Protección de los Derechos del Consumidor y Bienestar Humano”, en 2010, unos 2787 ciudadanos rusos murieron estando a tratamiento con medicamentos antirretrovirales, mientras que, de acuerdo con el “Centro Federal del SIDA”, 2336 personas murieron de SIDA en 2010. Eso significa que prácticamente todos murieron por los ARVs!
Y si los familiares de las víctimas tratan de descubrir la verdad de la causa de la muerte por medio de la autoridad competente, los empleados de los centros SIDA destruyen los documentos, falsifican los datos en los informes médicos y adoptan estrategias corruptas sobornando a los agentes de la ley.
Los médicos prefieren dar un diagnóstico fatal como infección por VIH, en vez diagnosticar y tratar las enfermedades reales.
Por todo lo anteriormente expuesto, amparados por la legislación vigente, solicitamos:
1 – Cancelar, derogar la ley de la Federación Rusa de fecha 30 de marzo de 1995, nº 38 – FZ “Sobre la Prevención de la Expansión de la enfermedad causada por el virus de inmunodeficiencia humana (VIH)”, debido a la ausencia de epidemia de SIDA infeccioso, basada en el término acuñado como VIH, y la ilegitimidad de su aplicación en el marco de la Constitución de la Federación Rusa.
2 – Iniciar el establecimiento de una comisión independiente para estudiar los hechos que refutan al VIH como causa del SIDA.
3 – Prohibir el uso de agentes químicos como los ARVs y su uso como profilaxis, debido a su efecto devastador en el cuerpo humano.
4 – Prohibir las pruebas del VIH con los actuales sistemas de tests, debido a su falta de fiabilidad. Cancelar todos los diagnósticos de infección por VIH y animar a los pacientes a realizar una evaluación completa en las clínicas de salud del estado y otras instituciones médicas de la Federación Rusa.
5 – ANULAR la actividad de los centros SIDA que actúan como agencias de castigo, obligando a población sana a un envenenamiento agresivo con medicamentos altamente tóxicos. Siendo su trabajo no el preservar la salud de la población sino la destrucción de familias y la amenaza al bienestar de nuestra sociedad.
6 – Prohibir cualquier propaganda de la epidemia VIH/SIDA en los medios.
